Trisha puts the world to rights

Have started to become addicted to watching Trisha (Trasha) in the mornings, I'd really like to speak to someone whose been on it. I just don't understand; if you were suffering from emotional problems would telling them to Trisha would help? Maybe it does, you get a chance to reflect on your problems in public.
